About This Credit Guide
This Credit Guide provides information about the services we offer as a credit representative under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act).
The NCCP Act regulates the provision of credit assistance and ensures that credit is not unsuitable for consumers.

Responsible Lending Obligations
Under the NCCP Act, we must ensure that any credit we assist you to obtain is not unsuitable.
This means we must:
• Make reasonable inquiries about your requirements and objectives
• Make reasonable inquiries about your financial situation
• Take reasonable steps to verify your financial information
Credit will be considered unsuitable if:
• You would be unable to meet repayments without substantial hardship; or
• The credit does not meet your stated requirements and objectives.
You may request a copy of your preliminary credit assessment within seven (7) years of receiving credit assistance.
Fees and Charges
Outsource Financial Pty Ltd does not charge fees for credit assistance.
However, in some circumstances, Matched Finance may charge a service fee. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed to you in writing prior to proceeding.
You may also be required to pay lender fees, valuation fees, government charges or other transaction costs directly to the lender.
Commissions
We may receive commissions from lenders where finance is arranged.
These commissions:
• Are paid by the lender
• Are not an additional cost to you
• May include upfront and trail commissions
You may request information about a reasonable estimate of commissions payable in relation to your loan.
Referral Arrangements
We may pay or receive referral fees from other professionals such as accountants, real estate agents or financial advisers.
These arrangements are disclosed where applicable and are not additional costs payable by you.
